Return & Refund Policy

Generic Electric Ltd is determined to ensure all our customers are extremely happy with their purchases and are able to get the full enjoyment out of them.

Generic Electric are so sure you'll love your new E-bike or E-board that we offer a 7 day money back guarantee! If for some reason you are not satisfied just return your purchase within 7 days of receiving it and we will refund you 100% of you purchase price (less shipping costs). 

Your product will need to be in brand new condition and unused, so that we can resell it. If the product being returned to Generic Electric differs from what was sent or shows any signs of use Generic will advise the customer and refund only the market value of the product.

PLEASE NOTE: If you purchased our board through a retailer, not directly through Generic Electric, you will need to consult the place of purchase for their return policy. We cannot authorise refunds on behalf of our retailers, but we will of course do everything we can to assist you.

When returning products, please include all factory packaging and accessories in the same way you received them. All merchandise must be shipped via a professional freight agent and the package must have the board owners details on it. The freight must be paid by the board owner.

Generic adheres to and supports the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) laws and guidelines in Australia.
